Hi I'm Leslie Baughn Independent Licensed Agent and founder of WCFIS.

I like helping folks, and that’s been a common thread throughout my life. I’ve done a lot of different things but the thing that always ignites my passion is helping people, especially when I have the opportunity to do seminars and speaking engagements where I can educate and share my knowledge.

 

I find it very rewarding helping people understand their choices, because there is always a choice. Maybe that sounds a little crazy, but I find it empowering, having the knowledge of what are your choices and what are the pro's and con's - not only brings peace of mind, but confidence in your decision making process.

I began this career from a place of discomfort because I was helping my family member through the confusing maze of Medicare choices and I quickly realized I had little knowledge especially understanding the "industry lingo". When that ordeal was over I said I am getting my license.

It’s an honor and a privilege to get to do what I do. And it’s fun.
